Opening our centre with Daycare Licensing Services Ontario has been the most beneficial and incredible help. DLSO was able to help us literally from start to finish. We reached out to Daycare Licensing Services Ontario after a recommendation from another centre that used them previously. We were just about ready to open but needed some last minute help before our final inspections. DLSO came in and completed a FULL mock inspection! They went through everything the Ministry of Education would have gone through and then some! DLSO went through all our policies, work, and space to ensure complete compliance with the Ministry. Our inspection went so smoothly. We were so prepared as a result of the mock inspection that our real inspection was perfect! There were zero non compliances!! DLSO was even there throughout the actual inspection to ensure that if anything was missing or any answer unknown, they were there to help!
Bringing DLSO on was completely necessary to ease the stress. Allowing someone to come in who knows exactly what to do and what to fix allowed us to go through the inspection process with complete confidence and calmness. Working with DLSO was a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend bringing them on at any and every stage of opening your daycare!
